New Field Station Opens in Kilifi County, Kenya

Ìjìnlẹ̀ Research Labs has officially opened its second East African field station in Kilifi County, Kenya. The station, developed in partnership with the KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Programme, will serve as a hub for coastal and marine ethnobotanical documentation.

The facility includes a small-scale extraction laboratory, herbarium, and community engagement center where traditional practitioners can share knowledge in a structured, ethically governed environment.
